Does Flexr charge for leads?
No. Flexr does not charge pros to view a lead or compete for contact information.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Creating and maintaining a Flexr pro account does not require a monthly subscription.
Can I decline a job?
Yes. Review the available details and accept only the jobs that fit your business.
When do I get paid?
For fixed-price jobs, the displayed pro amount becomes available after the client approves the completed work or the review window passes without a dispute. Bank processing time can vary.
Why can an acceptance hold apply?
The app may disclose a temporary commitment hold before you accept certain work. Complete and settle the job through Flexr and the applicable release rules are shown before acceptance.
Can a business join?
Yes. Solo pros and service businesses can create profiles, choose categories and build their reputation on Flexr.
