How does Flexr price a job?
Clear, repeatable work can receive a fixed price. Jobs that need an on-site diagnosis receive an estimate range so you know what to expect before booking.
Do I choose the pro?
Flexr sends most jobs to eligible nearby pros and the first eligible pro to accept gets the job. When available, you can also rehire someone you have worked with before.
When is my card charged?
For a fixed-price job, your card is authorized when you book and charged when a pro accepts. The pro is paid only after you approve the completed work or the 48-hour review period ends without a dispute.
What if something isn’t right?
Open a dispute during the review window. You and the pro can work toward a resolution in the app, and Flexr can step in when needed.
What does it cost to join?
Clients and pros can sign up without a subscription. Clients see pricing before booking. Pros do not pay lead fees.
