Delete your account

You can delete your Flexr account from inside the app under Menu → Delete Account, or start it here. We'll email you a link to confirm it's really you.

What deletion does:

• Your account is closed and your login identifiers, public profile, and direct contact details are deleted or anonymized
• You are signed out everywhere and cannot sign back in
• Active recurring plans are ended, future unfunded visits are cancelled, and authority for future recurring-plan charges is revoked
• You cannot delete while a job is in progress — finish or cancel it first
• A recurring visit that has already been captured must be completed, cancelled, or otherwise resolved before deletion can finish
• Deletion will not proceed while you have a Flexr balance; cash it out first
• Past job, recurring-plan consent, message, invoice, payment, payout, dispute, safety, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when needed for legal, tax, chargeback, dispute, authorization, or platform-safety obligations
• Stripe and other service providers may retain information under their own legal obligations and privacy policies
